Interseal UK successfully completes the fire safety upgrade of the Welton House high-rise multi-dwelling building containing 90 tenanted flat units, comprising fire stopping, fire-rated partitions, fire-rated doors and painting and decorating to each flat and to communal areas throughout, to the acclaim of tenants who have reported their praise for the cleanliness, efficiency and politeness of our teams to the Landlord Client.
Welton House is the third such property undertaken by Interseal UK adjacent to Cargo Fleet Lane in Middlesbrough since December 2010.
